Scott Bramble opened Mercury Tattoo Studio and Gallery in March of 2000 in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Mercury Tattoo has made a point to be welcoming and comfortable. The gallery setting and the clean relaxing workrooms provide clients with the perfect environment to be tattooed in.

One of the most crucial elements of Mercury Tattoo is their extraordinary work. Upholding this standard, Mercury’s Artists attend conventions around the world and have been showcased in international publications. In addition to their tattoo work, their fine art has also been published, and has hung in galleries and museums around the world. This recognition is taken seriously, but more important is the continued commitment to each individual customer and their tattoo. That attitude has helped to establish Mercury as one of the most respected studios around.

Along with this great reputation, has come the thought that Mercury only does large-scale tattoos and has a “really long” waiting list. Although they do tend to work on many larger, deeply involved tattoos they also make a point to work with anyone, no matter the scale or intensity of their ideas. Our artist’s work hard and apply the same effort to smaller single session tattoos, as they do with the larger more involved pieces. As for the scheduling of appointments, Mercury tries to have an artist available for walk-ins throughout the week and will do their best to work with anyone’s schedule. If indeed there is a wait for the artist you wish to book an appointment with, they will absolutely do their best to get you in as soon as possible.
